All prices on our site are displayed in USD and will be charged in USD. Express Shipping within the U.S. will take approximately 2 - 4 working days. Standard shipping within the U.S. will take approximately 5-7 days. For delivery within the U.S., we use UPS.

 

By selecting Express Shipping for your orders, you acknowledge that there is a possibility that delivery delays may occur, and that SubOnly Studio will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays. Express Shipping does not cover orders being packed faster, but it does cover orders being sent out quicker through the UPS network.

 

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 5-7 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company using the reference number supplied to you.

International Order

Return

Online Purchases
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. To arrange a return, please contact us.

 

Exchanges
We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item, you can return the original purchase following this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online.

 

Faulty Items
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days have passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online that are faulty or not as described. This does not apply to items that are discounted by us for an obvious fault.
